Everything operates in your own Company Group.
Each role is given certain permissions. 

Manager - the person who creates and manages the company group. Ideally someone who is office based, checks their emails regularly and oversees the account/group. They also invite members to join the group. This role has full permissions, sees everything.

Mentor – Is a senior member of the staff who manages and trains the trainees. Can be the Employer, Operations Manager or Co-Worker. Someone who spends the season guiding the trainee, showing them how to do things, correcting errors along the way. You can enroll more than one mentor to spread the load if needed. This person will be called on a few times a season to provide feedback and conformation of the trainees record. This role can add trainees, can see all trainees.

Trainee – New or still learning Ag Contracting/Machinery Operating, might be their 1st or 2nd or 3rd season. They are the ones who record their daily jobs to build the record. This takes about 1 minute per day and is done on their own phone. This role can log days and only see their own profile.
